How to know Jesus

Are you ready for change in your life? Maybe you’ve been hurt, made some bad choices, or feel lost, and find yourself wondering, “What’s the point?”. Well, Jesus knows your pain and He wants to be there with you through everything you face. You can choose to have a relationship with Him; to accept His love and grace. It will be the best decision you ever make and change your life like nothing else!

READY FOR SOMETHING NEW?

Jesus wants you to know Him, be your advocate, your provider – your ultimate best friend. He also has a plan for you and wants to help you as you walk through life. In fact, He said in Jeremiah 29:11 (Jeremiah 29:11) that He has amazing plans for your life, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” And the Bible says that God loves you so much that He gave His only Son—Jesus Christ—so you can have eternal life with Him!

THERE’S HOPE!

The problem is that we are humans and we’ve made mistakes (Romans 3:23).  Big or small, the Bible calls these mistakes “sin” and even one sin keeps us from having a relationship with God, and eventually leads to death (Romans 6:23).  But there is good news! Through Christ, you have hope! Jesus is waiting with open arms to save you—all you need to do is turn away from sin and towards Him (the Bible calls this repentance), and He’ll forgive you completely. When you do this, you’re giving Jesus all your brokenness, and in exchange He gives you everything He has for you: all His righteousness (right-ness), peace and healing for your heart, a restored relationship with Him, and a fresh start in life.

YOU ARE FIERCELY LOVED AND FORGIVEN.

God created you…He designed you in His image! And before you were even born, Jesus died for you, to save you from all your sin—past, present, and future. He knew the choices you would make, and He chose to save you anyway! No matter what you’ve done or been through, He loves you deeply and wants to have a real, honest relationship with you.

READY FOR YOUR NEW BEGINNING?

God says in (Romans 10:9) that if we make Jesus Lord (the leader) of our lives, and believe that He was raised from the dead, we will be saved. If you’re ready to start a new life with Jesus leading you and experience His true peace and joy in your life, pray this simple prayer out loud:

“Jesus, I know that I have made mistakes and I need You to save my life—I need You as my Savior. I have tried to do things on my own for too long, and I know it doesn’t work. So today, I give my life to You. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and that You rose from the dead. Help me to live my life for You and You alone. Thank You for Your unending love, forgiveness, and grace in my life. Thank You for a fresh start! Today, I start out my new life as a part of Your family.”
